Entry Requirements

To qualify for this course, you must have completed one of these courses:- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
– CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
– CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability, along with the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.

Applicants must be 18 years+ to apply for the course.Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview.

These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.

All applicants are required to complete the Pre-Training Review form, attend a course intake interview and complete Holmesglen’s bksb online LLN assessment tool as part of the pre-training review process.Applicants must provide documented evidence of their successful completion of the prerequisite studies to be eligible for consideration for entry into this course. In addition, they should demonstrate commitment to completing the course and a genuine interest in working in the Disability sector and with people who have a disability.
